pad ClubCharm.com offers a wide variety of 100% Stainless Steel Italian Charms. All of our Italian Charms will fit any 9mm Italian Charm Bracelet. Most often our customers begin with a starter bracelet. A starter bracelet is a bracelet that has up to 18 links and each of the links are the same. Over time, you collect links that express your own personal taste. Each of the links can be replaced until the entire bracelet is full of charms that are special to you.

1. Take an individual link and slide the charm open by pushing the top of the charm forward.

2. The sliding part of the charm has a small opening at the bottom that hooks into another charm.

3. Release the charm to lock them into place.

Italian Charms allow you to express your individuality and interests by simply snapping together charms of your choice to create your own Italian charm bracelet. The ending result is a sleek, stylish bracelet that you can easily change again and again by removing, adding and re-arranging your charms.

When will my order ship?

We ship all orders within 1-3 business days of the date they are placed. (Custom laser charm orders ship within 10-14 days and custom photo charms within 10-21 days.) All items you currently see on our site are in stock. Orders are filled as they are placed.

What is the Shipping & Handling charge?

All orders will receive a flat rate USPS shipping charge of $4.00. USPS Priority Mail cost is $6.50 or $8.00 with delivery confirmation. USPS Express Mail is $22.00. Orders of $100.00 or more will receive free Priority Mail Shipping. ClubCharm.com will not and does not accept responsibility for items lost in the mail.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, most orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to cancel an order, call our friendly customer service specialists at 701-428-9987 and they will be happy to assist you with your request if it is still possible to cancel the purchase.

If your order has already completed processing for shipment, we will be happy to issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number for you to send back your order once it’s delivered. Please don't refuse delivery of your shipment, as this will result in a $5 shipping and handling fee.

Do you have a guarantee policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from ClubCharm.com, we will be more than happy to exchange your product or refund the purchase price. However, refunds and exchanges are only issued during the 30 days following your purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Does your product carry a warranty?

ClubCharm.com wants you to be satisfied for the life of all your ClubCharm.com products. If for any reason, you ever become unsatisfied with a purchase or a purchase is damaged – we will replace your purchase with the same product or any other product we currently sell of equal or lesser value!

This warranty lasts for the entire time you own your ClubCharm.com product, and never expires. All we require is for you to answer a few questions and include a small handling fee, and we will gladly exchange your purchase a few months or a few years after the original purchase date.

In order to take advantage of the ClubCharm.com Lifetime Warranty:

Pay only a small handling fee for the exchange. This fee is 20% of the original purchase price (with a minimum of $3.00). If you are unsure of your original purchase price, please contact us and we can help you. Please place the original product and the processing fee in one package. Write your RA Number on your package and mail to us. Address label should read as follows:

The ClubCharm.com Lifetime warranty is valid only on purchases made directly through the www.ClubCharm.com website.

If your product is out of stock or no longer available we will be happy to substitute any other product of your choice, of equal or lesser value to your original purchase.

If for any reason, you would like to exchange your product for a product of higher value, this can also be accommodated. However you will be responsible for the difference in price.

For example if you are exchanging a $7 charm for a $10 bracelet, your cost would be as follows: $3 minimum handling fee + $3 price difference = total of $6
